Item Descriptions & Photos

• Item Colors: Although we try to do our best to give the original color of the items, and use the best equipments for this; few colors may seem slightly different on photos. This is also because of different screen characteristics of computer monitors.
• Yarn Ball Weights: We mainly sell the yarns based on their weights. And because of the nature of fancy yarns, yardage of skeins may be different from one to another even they have the same weight. Again with the same reason, weights of the balls in one package may differ around 5%. But the total net weight of the packages are accurate.

Payments

• Items are shipped after payment is fully received for the order. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, Western  union and wire/bank transfer. For payment details, check out our Payment Policy page.

Shipping

• Origin of Shipments: We are located in Turkey, and items are shipped from Turkey.
• Shipping Costs: We work with major shipping companies to deliver the items to you as soon as possible. We work too hard to get the best shipping rates. To understand shipping costs, take our location into consideration.
• Shipping Options: Express and regular registered mail shipping options are available. If regular registered mail option is selected for the order, we ship items via regular mail, and shipment is delivered via the official postal system of destination country. The delivery time is about 2-3 weeks for Europe; 3-4 weeks for other countries. Items may also delay because of customs inspeciton at destination country, and additional customs fees may apply. For express shipment, our main shipping partner is Express. Several other options are also available with variable cost and delivery times. In order for your order to be delivered as fast as possible -especially for express shipping options- please enter your address as clear as possible, as well as a valid phone number must be given. Please do not enter P.O. Box address for this option.
• Dispatch Time: Orders are shipped within one working day (mostly on the same day) after the payment is received for the order. We are closed on Sundays, and Saturday afternoon, and during national holidays.
• Customs Fees & Duties: We do not face with customs problem in most of our transactions, and orders do not subject to customs fees and duties because of orders' value. However, please be advised that that we are not responsible for, nor are we involved in the setting of any extra charges for customs or brokerage fees. These fees are set by the courier company and destination country. Each country has its own customs regulations. Because of these reasons, especially big-sized orders may subject to customs charges, and they cannot be predicted before. Our shipping rates do not include the costs at destination country.
• P.O. Boxes: Items can be shipped to P.O. Boxes via regular registered mail. Please do not enter a P.O. Box address if you would like to item to be shipped via express delivery.
• Tracking Shipments: You will receive shipping information including tracking number of the shipment, and a link where you can track your shipment after your order is shipped.
